Refund & Returns Policy

At Kaizuo Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied or if there are issues with your order, please review our refund and return policies below. We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent process for all returns and refunds.


1. Returns Eligibility

    • Time Frame: You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.
    • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Exceptions: Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email us at service@kaizuoinc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
    2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
    3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
    4. Shipping: Send the package to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

3. Refunds

    • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 business days.
    • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund altogether.

4. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@kaizuoinc.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
    • We will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a prepaid return label for the defective item and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

6. Shipping Costs

    • Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • Refunds: If the return is approved due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Items marked as “Final Sale”
    • Gift cards
    • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or without tags

8. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may have already been processed or shipped.
